Honor Bar

Forget something or need more lux in your life? Visit the honor bar (located in the Main House) and pick up a treat. Offerings include essentials like toothbrush and toothpaste, gourmet snacks, bottled water, sparkling water, and other beverages. In addition you can pick up our fresh lavender oil, an official Frenchie T and other little gems.

Wine Tasting Tours

Designed exclusively for guests of The Frenchie. Relax and let us handle the details. We will arrange pick up and drop off right from your room. The tour features three local wineries and the length of the tour can be shortened or extended based on your needs. Call or text Michelle at 214-680-7573 for reservations and pricing. Services

The Frenchie is a boutique hotel offering resort amenities, including a swimming pool and hot tub. Relax with true luxury linens, pillows, towels and robes. Rooms are equipped with a smart tv with local channels. You may log into any of your personal entertainment accounts such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Vudu, Hulu, etc. We’ve got you covered with alarm clocks and a bluetooth speaker box in every room.  

We will visit your room every day to empty trash and restock towels and paper goods. Bed sheets are changed after your 3rd night with us.

Enjoy access to our coffee bar stocked with our own special blend of coffee as well as access to our honor bar (open 24hrs in the main house) where you can purchase bottled water, sparkling water, and gourmet snacks.

*Please Note: We do not have bell service. If you have special needs getting bags to and from your room please let us know ahead of time. We are happy to help!

A deposit of 50% is required to hold all reservations. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. All rates are subject to change. 13% Hotel Occupancy Tax not included in rate. The cleaning fee is not included in rate.

CANCELLATIONS/ REFUNDS

A deposit for reservations canceled more than 30 days before arrival will be refunded 100%. However, the guest will be charged a $25 cancellation fee per room.  THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS GIVEN FOR RESERVATIONS CANCELED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF SCHEDULED ARRIVAL DATE.   No partial cancellations will be accepted. Reservations will be held until noon of the following day of scheduled arrival. Absolutely no refund for early departures. No refunds due to weather forecasts. Please double check your dates. See below for cancellation details during special events.

If a reservation is canceled more than 90 days before the arrival date a 100% refund will be issued. However, the guest will be charged a $100 cancellation fee per room. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS GIVEN FOR RESERVATIONS CANCELED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF SCHEDULED ARRIVAL DATE. For reservations canceled between 30 and 90 days before scheduled arrival date management will take into consideration many factors including if the room is re-booked for all canceled days. No partial cancellations will be accepted. Reservations will be held until noon of the following day of scheduled arrival. Absolutely no refund for early departures. No refunds due to weather forecasts. Please double check your dates.

The Frenchie has a 2 night minimum during the antique show dates and on special event weekends. However, we do have 1 night openings that sometimes occur during the show.  THE POOL & HOT TUB

Pool Hours are 8:00 A.M. – 10:00 P.M. Please wear swimwear while enjoying the pool. No glass in pool area. Please be aware that there are no lifeguards on duty. This is a swim at your own risk property.

Hot Tub Hours are 5:00 P.M. – 10:00 P.M. If you wish to use the Hot Tub during other hours please notify us by text at 979-208-9851 AT LEAST 2 hours in advance so that we can turn the heat and jets on. Please wear swimwear while enjoying the hot tub. No glass in hot tub area. Please be aware that there are no lifeguards on duty. This is a swim at your own risk property.

QUIET HOURS

The Frenchie quiet hours are 10:00 P.M. to 9:00 A.M. Please be respectful of other guests and our neighbors.

COMMON AREAS

Common areas are available to all guests. Please leave common areas as you found them.

CHILDREN

Please call us if you are traveling with children. We will be happy to assist you in choosing the appropriate room. There are some dates when the Frenchie is an Adults Only hotel. Please confirm dates before booking.

PETS

The Frenchie has a strict No Pets policy. Please do not bring your pets or you will be asked to leave or make other accommodations for your pet.

Please use the designated parking spot for the room you have reserved. Rooms that sleep two guests have one parking spot, rooms that sleep four guests have two parking spots. Extra parking is available if needed. Do NOT park or drive in the grass. We have an underground sprinkler system.

Do not move furniture without permission. If approved, we will arrange and assist you in moving. The wood floors will scratch when furniture is moved incorrectly. You will be charged for repairs to the floors.

Items missing from rooms will be charged to the credit card on file such as pillows ($225), robes ($145), pool towels ($150), hand soap ($30) etc. Many of the items in the rooms are available for sale in our gift shop. Please contact management for a full price list of items available for purchase.

Pool and hot tub are for guests of The Frenchie hotel only. Guests not staying at The Frenchie must be approved by management. The day guest fee is $100 per day.

The kitchen is for use by all guests. Large groups should keep this in mind and be respectful of other guests. Food should be labeled and kept neat. Do not leave food out for long periods of time.

Do not drive or park on the grass. The card on file for your room will be charged for damage to our lawn, ruts, and broken sprinkler system parts.

Guests are responsible for broken or damaged items. Please be aware – The Frenchie is equipped with expensive and sometimes fragile furnishings.

Please do not sit on glass tables.

Do not put soap, bubbles, food coloring or foreign material in the swimming pool or hot tub. You will be charged for any damages as well as for the cost of cleaning the pool/hot tub which can range from $500 to $5000, should we be required to drain the pool.

We are not responsible for items left at the Frenchie. If found, we are happy to ship to you. However, we ask that guests cover the shipping costs. Personal items should be kept in your private room. Do not leave coolers, shoes, bags, etc. in the common areas.

Luggage carts are not allowed inside the house or rooms or on the porches.
